currently in a dispute with ultra living about a refund off of tiles we had because the ones we needed were not suitable for our bathroom so we got cheaper ones before completion on second bathroom we went in to sort out the figure with Josh and was told it would be in by the end of the day 7 weeks down the line still no payment and being passed from pillow to post with excuses as to why it wasn't sorted or it is getting sorted but it doesnt the whole reason we chose to come here was for a stress free service but there was no communication between ultra living and the fitter who was only real credit to the company his name is Nick Brennan nice guy top man but ultra living underquoted the job and we had go through figures again but we sorted that totally stressful experience dealing with Dave and Josh unprofessional to say the least next time well know better still as I'm sitting in the shop demanding my money back they try to make me jump through hoops to get the confirmation that it's been sent now he's not replying to joshes texts as I ask for a body of proof that the money had been sent over

I ordered a bathroom through this company and agreed to use the fitter they recommend Craig White. The bathroom arrived on time but day 1 the fitter did not turn up. The job was started in June 2018 it is still not finished at time of writing may 2019 and has some faults with the work and the fitter refuses to respond to us or the shop. Ultra living have taken no responsibility despite recommending the fitter to us and promising to be involved from start to finish. Ultra living did promise to rectify and sent another fitter to assess the situation. In his own words there is a lot that needs redoing but ultra living now refuse to respond and have moved shop and changed number. We are now taking legal action. Recommend that if you choose to use this company expect the owner to be hard to get hold of in the event of any issues.

Full kitchen and bathroom from Ultra Living, amazing experience from start to finish, Dave and his team were fantastic and nothing was to much trouble.
