We rent a property from them and the property is in need of repair, which is expected of an oldd house, however they are none responsive to anything I call them and their always busy and never call back email them and never respond back, ive been without a shower now since the 28th of june and apparently its not a priority as we have a bath even though water was coming through my kitchen light, I have no doubt that any of the issues have been reported to the landlord, Dave the maintenance guy is so good even came out to us on his day of as I was never given an emergency number, I would not recommend using them for sales or rented
Found a perfect place for my retired step dad and mum that are planning to move over from france but because of there policy of seeing the people before they can say yes we said we could Skype them and bring passports in but this wasn't good enough this is the only estate agents that were like this very poor
