Hello everyone I am very disappointed with this company. We had a loft conversion two years ago. The project manager was a bit unreliable but the built was completed reasonably well. However we were wrongly advised about the fire regulations and so unable to get the building control certification. It took at least a year to get that sorted out and fire doors put in. Which were installed at extra cost and the quality of installation was poor. There were gaps under the doors so a-bit pointless. Never the less after persistence we got the building control certificate. Since the installation we have had leaks from the Velux window and the Juliet door. The windows are faulty and the door is still leaking in the rain. At one point the water was dripping into the first floor hallway and bedroom. This has caused a lot of damage. After persistently calling emailing I finally got a response once I said that I would get the work fixed and charge it to them. We were promised they would return to complete the work but I can’t get a response from email phone or message. We are stuck with the cost of the repairs. I have left numerous messages and emails to the manager and the customer service receptionist. NO REPLY There has no reply to phone text or email. Don’t use his company the follow up service is non existent. Once paid no one will speak to you at all so the ten year guarantee is not worth having. PLEASE RESPOND

We were very happy with Central London Lofts and are pleased with the additional space we now have in the house. The builders and tradesmen (plumber, electrician, carpenter) were all great - high quality work and finish. For example, the carpenter made the stairway on site and a superb finish. Any issues or problems were dealt with quickly and without fuss by builders and Project Manager. I would be happy to recommend the company to others.
