The first thing you get with Clapham Construction is a First-Class service. Paul and Dangis gave us a really personal, tailored service, which meant so much to us when undertaking our first loft conversion. Right from the off Paul went out of his way to offer his expert consultancy, helped us to make key design decisions and saved us thousands!!! Clapham Construction offer a level of professionalism higher than a number of their competitors, from working with us, the quoting process, to scheduling the works, implementing the build and their after-service care... definitely value for money. Even after the project has been completed, we are still in contact (via our project WhatsApp group), share a joke or two and let the guys know if we have any problems. Well done guys and continue the good service!

After a lot of research into local firms for our construction work Clapham Construction Service came out on top. From quoting to completion they were a very helpful and hands on team - if there were any issues (not their fault!) they solved them quickly - would highly recommend! They demolished and refitted our bathroom & kitchen - and we are about to use them again for a mansard rood extension.

Clapham Construction - Attic Conversion Clapham Construction completed an attic conversion for us earlier this Summer. We were v happy with the whole process and the final result. Good communication throughout and having a fixed cost agremment made it easier for us to keep to our budget.

Everything was very easy from start to finish with these guys. Terms agreed up front with nothing hidden at all, communication brilliant the whole way even with a Whatsapp group with questions answered 7 days a week! The finish is of an incredibly high standard and advice & direction given when necessary was great. Couldn't recommend these guys enough and would most certainly use again if I ever required.

Great team a pleasure to work with. Paul and dangis are very responsive and resolve any queries very quickly which is a nice change when compared to previous builders we have used. So wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clapham construction
