AVOID AVOID AVOID... how this practice has any customers is unimaginable. Twice I have approached this practice (through recommendations) and twice I have been extremely unimpressed by whoever has answered the phone. If their professionalism/expertise is any reflection on their front of house staff god help them! Rude, arrogant and downright un-helpful.
There are other local vets. I'd highly recommend your first port of call is NOT this practice.
We were with Drybridge years, Mike is amazing. Apart from Mike its really gone down hill. Jan spoke to my husband like something she stepped in over a query on care in lockdown. THEN the receptionist gave out my private home number to someone looking for a groomer. Again I spoke to Jan, and what an unprofessional attitude she has over such a serious privacy breach. We have since found a wonderful new vets who helped us with the care that Drybridge refused during lockdown. One of the vets that worked at Drybridge has since moved to our new one, speaks volumes to me.
Jan and her awful attitude is ruining your business Mike!
