Had to go there today and arrived just as they were locking up for the day, but they greeted me with a smile and the owner actually went above and beyond to help and advise me, first class customer service and knowledge to match.

Great service always helpful
The staff are always helpful and if something is not in stock they can usually get it for you next day. Whenever I have ordered something it has always come on time and at a reasonable price (never more than the RRP, sometimes less). They have even ordered some weird and wonderful parts for tools for me without objection. Great store.
