Did the drive through.....very friendly staff great fast service 👍
As a key NHS worker, I decided to have a coffee on my lunch break with my partner. Unfortunately this was ruined by a very rude staff member called Angela. Myself and my partner were sat outside on the seats provided, with NO signs about the seating as well as others seated. Until we were rudely interrupted and told to go elsewhere. This was an awful experience, and one that has left myself upset which, in the current climate is not appreciated. I hope this staff member can understand the consequence of her actions.
Perfect spot to grab my favorite Starbucks while we're all stuck in lockdown
Had a problem as I did not have my phone with NHS app so could not sit in. They did not have their own app. The first store I have been in that did not. I therefore chose not to give this branch my trade.
rude and miserable staff! Asked for the new frappucino they didn't have the stuff to go with it.. had it anyway young girl who works the drive thru was so blunt and quite rude she almost threw my order at me 🤣 the drinks were also poor quality compared to our local starbucks
