I love this Remembrance Arch. I often sit and ponder on the benches here. You can read a brief history of the important role Folkestone and its harbour played especially in WW1. I just wish that parent's would make their children respect the area. There are several signs asking people not to use it as a playground but they are just ignored.

Absolutely stunning piece of architecture. Particularly like the crystal encrusted inner edge, especially at night. Choose the right day and the views are also phenomenal.
