The staff are at best incompetent' very unhelpful and its hard to believe they have real qualifications
This pharmacy is a DISGRACE!!!!!, have been waiting over a week for my repeat prescription to be filled, no phone call to apologise and explain to me why, all I got told was that they only go to my surgery 3 days a week, yet when I called my surgery to see if they could help I was told that Lloyds go there EVERY DAY, my advice to everyone is to find another pharmacy, something I am doing right away. Only gave 1 star because unfortunately you cannot give no stars.
Beware if you order online, they don't bother to let you know your order has arrived in store. Had many wasted journeys and then gave up and cancelled the order. Happened more than once and after 8 days waiting a complaint was put in.
