Like many others it seems - I have experienced directly their terrible approach to customer service and car park management. I will not be using any of their car parks in future to ensure I do not fall foul of their policies again. I would encourage others to do the same.

Care parking a park of this group have been issuing massive fines to people who were essential shopping and genuinely made a mistake to think when all charges in the town had been cancelled these were too. £160 for 30 mins. Expecting people to use parking machines in the height of the pandemic. No sign of cleaning or social distancing guidance at machines. Key workers fined after finishing long shifts. Absolutely disgusting. Yet in twitter promoting information from the NHS on the vir3 spreading on surfaces. Was this even risk assessed to in March and early April to see how the risk could be reduced. Doubt it. Profiting from the virus.
