I am a new patient at this practice and honestly cannot thank each and every staff member there enough for the care I have received so far. I am petrified of the dentist thanks to a previous experience at another practice.
Claire has been so friendly and reassuring with me from my first appointment, I had my first ever filling done by her and I can honestly say it could not have been a better experience. I also had a hygienist appointment with Holly who again, was just so lovely and made the experience as nice as it could be for me, reassuring me the whole time.
My 2 year old daughter is now also registered with the practice and has seen Tom who was brilliant with her.
The reception staff and dental nurses are so welcoming, they have been so kind with me and have been there talking to me in the waiting room before I go in for my
appointment, helping ease my nerves. Thank goodness I found redcliffe practice!
