I went for an early Christmas tree (might as well brighten the place up early, given there's not much else to be cheerful about). Staff were excellent: helpful, friendly. Store had taken solid covid precautions (which apparently some customers are unhappy about - it's safety, people!) so overall a good experience.

Always have a lovely experience at Mole Valley in Canterbury. Have visited a few others of their stores near by and I never seem to have the same experience as I do here. The staff are always lovely and there is always someone to help me when I need it (which is quite a lot may I add!) I’ve felt very safe in the store recently with all the covid precautions in place which is not what I can say for other stores. I can’t thank the lovely staff enough for always being open and still keeping a smile on their faces! Thank you mole valley Canterbury.

Great shop, all your animals needs including farm animals. It has good prices Barbour and Joules clothing and shoes
