Good people working hard
I went in here to collect a pre-ordered item. It was first thing in the morning, the shop had been open for half an hour and the shop was entirely empty...and yet it took 20 minutes to get the item. The staff looked more interested in talking to each other than helping me out. Very poor. Canterbury is much better, I'd recommend you go there instead....they're friendly and helpful.
Store manager let me exchange my misfitting watch without any fuss and a guy called David was very forthcoming in helping me find stuff. Polite girls too, will continue to use this store
Edit: knocked a star off as I've just driven here to discover all 7 things I wanted are out of stock. All 7! That's just rubbish sorry
Comfortable for all ages.
Huge amount of products to choose from, never usually wait more than 5 to 10 minutes. Probably best to order online and collect it as faster than looking through catalogues in store.
Parking is plentiful but getting in and out of the car park is a nightmare. Weekends and busy times be prepared to wait in queues.
