When I realize how to work the machine in the sunlight. Great, nice feeling to be outside the barriers!
Spaces are too small, badly marked out and not well kept. The new number plate recognition system is awful. 1. You can't see the payment screen. 2.The touch screen is not sensitive enough. The payment screen is too far away from the car driver so as a short person I have to literally hang out of the car window to reach. I drive an SUV and still find it difficult to reach. The system causes cars to back up when trying to leave the CP and consequently, cars trying to get into the CP can't. The system needs to be radically rethought. I also think parking charges should be reduced whilst the Park and Ride Service is suspended.
Bloody expensive, and paying for the ticket was annoying, I didnt have enough change because it was £9.70, what a RIP off. Know wonder a lot of the shops have closed down with car park charges like that
Good parking but changed the way disabled pay you must register first if you want the usual 3 hours free. If not pay as you leave by npr 4 booths as you enter carpark. So close to bus station and all shops only 5 minute walk.
Plenty of parking particularly on the top level. Get there early to avoid delays as only 1 group allowed in lifts at a time. Excellent car wash on 2nd level.
