Good customer service...asked for different company regarding my meds as I get a reaction from other suppliers meds... All staff were extremely helpful and understanding to my needs... great service.. thank you
What's happened to this place? It used to be a great little pharmacy! Some of the staff currently working there seem to have appalling interpersonal skills. Try to sort it out management team.. Will give it one last go before I change pharmacy!
They did not have items in stock, were not honest about when they could get them in and probably the worst customer service in St Dunstan’s. Like a lot of previous reviewers, I found the staff rude and unhelpful. A shame as they used to be a real asset to the local community.
They are not properly stocked. It's a disgrace. It used to be an asset to the community but the attitude is now a couldn't-care-less one. What a terrible time for them to go downhill. Can this business continue in operation after covid-19?
Ever since new ownership this chemist is awful. They often just ignore you for ages while you wait at the counter then constantly fail to put prescriptions in for you on time. They never communicate to resolve these constant problems or try to make any pleasant contact with their valuable customers.
I was happily supporting this as my local pharmacy for years as it was friendly and convenient but due to the rude attitude of the new staff can no longer do so.
