Some crumbling mortar at the property. A small but important job. Impressed by the responsiveness and simplicity of the service. Everything was sorted and tidy and done fairly promptly too. All good value.

Great work carried out by Anthony and his professional team...I had a new sika flat roof fitted in November 2018 carried out by South East Home improvements London &Kent...First time it rained my bathroom was flooded and ceiling dripping with water...The roofers came back and put a tarpoline over the roof...Saying they would be back when the sun came out....Cost of roof..£3,650....Contacted Charles Roofing who came the same day and advised me that the roof was completed to a very poor standard...He wrote a lengthy report noting all the defects..His team arrived a couple of days later and were most professional in every way..The splendid work was completed in one day and was half the cost...Would certainly use this firm for any more Roofing work...

My rating is a "0". When driving in Canterbury on Dec 28th at 14:30 and first seeing a sign written Charles roofing van using the "wa#$er" hand gesture to another road user, this van then preceded to change lanes abruptly without signal and cut me up turning left at riding gate roundabout, I sounded my horn as they had clearly not seen me, the van then used heavy breaking and various hand signals in reply clearly thinking it was my fault. When using a sign written van you are a representative of the company and clearly this guy did not value that at all. Should anyone want a roofing contractor in canterbury I would avoid like the plague! Disgraceful behaviour. I have not hired this company for roofing services but their actions and dismissive reply of the incident reflects poorly. You were in a van with your company details on it! How else would I know!
