Excellent service. All staff professional, friendly and helpful. The photos of our property gave a clear and true indication of the bungalow and gardens. All viewers were aware of the nature of the property before they visited. We didn't have any time wasters which in these strange times was very welcome. Thank you.

I’m absolutely thrilled with service I have received from Keystone Property & Mortgage Centre. In particular the level of communication was fantastic. I have used other estate agents in the past and often felt like I was doing most of the work! This was never the case with Keystone, who immediately followed up on viewings, gave helpful feedback and supported communication and negotiations with the people in the chain and the legal teams. Fantastic service and professionalism from the my first enquiry about their services to the completion of my sale. At the point of valuing my property Ben gave honest critical advice on how and when to sell. Keystone provided a unique service, on top of the amazing photography that helped show my property to the best of its potential, was the Facebook 'virtual walkthrough' video. This was shown purely on Facebook to target a specific audience looking for my kind of property. I was delighted to have a viewing request within 20 minutes of the video going live. That viewing sold my property! Ben offered mortgage advice and although I had organised my own mortgage for my new property purchase I would have been comfortable with taking Ben's advice. I did take Ben's advice and services for my new homes insurance. During the sale process Keystone, and in particular Rachel in the office, kept me updated regularly every step of the way. Some complications were encountered, as I expect may happen quite commonly during property sales, however Ben kept me informed and advised on next courses of action. I wholeheartedly recommend Keystone. Thanks again
