Just don’t expect your prescription or medication to be there when ordered , or expect the same reason given in person or on the phone. It’s a difficult time, they are very busy and have worked throughout the pandemic. Totally get that, and appreciate it , but there are limits.
Just collected a dpd parcel from here..won’t be doing that again. Spoken to by male counter assistant in an off hand rude way, no please or thank you from him. Get some manners!
Awful service need more training. How stupid can some people be. Will take my families prescriptions into cubbins or Boots next time!!
