Best car rental in TW! Only problem is, they're so popular you need to book well in advance.
Initial interaction through emails was okay. Once popped into the office, greeting was not great. The branch manager was somewhat unwilling to help and rude. Eventually after going through some hassle, we managed to get the car we needed for the night. Picking up the car after that and returning of it were an okay experience.
Excellent service would highly recommend - hired a brand new car could not wish for better !
