Needed to book a car for a weekend away with my girlfriend. It was very last minute so I didn't think I had any luck getting a car but Phoebe and Rose were absolutely brilliant. They had a wide range of cars available at a good price and before I knew it I had a great car reserved. Would highly recommend people in the Tonbridge area to use these guys they really are great.

I wish I could give a 0 star, horrible experience, returned a car I rented and was acused of causing 1/2 a pea size "dent" on the car. The lady who attended to me came out and looked very mean and hostile, wore a pair of gloves, grabbed a bottle of cleaning liquid and started wiping through all parts parts of the car obviously looking for a problem. Another guy (white this time) came to drop off his own car and in his case, they just took the key off him and he left. I do not play race card but I was moved to tears as it was obvious with the disparity in service between 2 customers. Nothing happened to the car, not even a scratch. I requested to speak to the manager and one Rose Taylor appeared from the office, she was not interested in what I had to say and only recited exactly what the first lady had told me. It became a problem to even take the photos of the car, Rose said they had the right to treat customers in whatever way they are pleased and blamed me for not checking th car before I signed the contract. She insisted on keeping my deposit of over £250 and 3 months later I am still waiting to hear from Enterprise Car rentals, I have sent emails and made calls but they have not had the decency to respond to my emails and complaints. What a way to treat a customer.

Reserved a car for the weekend through their centralised call centre. When I arrived to collect the car I was told they had no cars available. Sure, these things happen in life, but what was really disappointing is that the Tonbridge office staff and then the call centre staff couldn’t be less interested or more dismissive. No apologies or any form of sympathy for my situation - just a suggestion that I submit a complaint. Will never use Enterprise again.

Amazing service the girls there are so friendly and helpful and really look after you. It was short notice rental yet the car was ready in short period of time and we were on our way. Thank you so much.
