Although it's now "off season", it's still a pleasant place to walk through. To those in the know, it's a good place for spotting a mixture of wildlife, with its peaty marshy areas and gorse shrubberies. Sometimes it is grazed by interesting cattle, sheep or horses.
Great location for an afternoon walk. Decent parking.
