Hello, My name is Jacqueline Moran, both my husband Mike and l use your Pharmacy. We just want to say how brilliant your Pharmacy is. Nothing is ever too much for you, if you haven’t got in what we needed you get it as soon as you can. Your shop is so well stocked and laid out so nicely. There are often different pharmacies in your Chemist which is understandable, but even if they do not recognize us from being regular customer they are still helpful and considerate. It’s actually a pleasure to go into your Pharmacy. A bonus for us it’s a 10min walk to your Pharmacy or just a few minutes by car. Your pharmacist assistant is also very knowledgeable and helpful, we are so lucky to have your a Pharmacy on our estate and made life much easier for us. What a fantastic, caring, supportive pharmacy. I was having real difficulty getting a specific medication and they went above and beyond to order it and provide it within 24 hours which was something my usual chemist couldn't do ! I won't go anywhere else from now on. Brilliant service, clean environment and really cares.

I was told by another pharmacy to request an emergency dose as there was a delay in my prescription delivery. I have never requested an emergency dose before so went in and asked at this pharmacy, explaining I was told to request an emergency dose. The woman laughed and said for an antibiotic? It made me feel really embarrassed as this is what I was told to do. I’m not sure whether I would go back. It didn’t feel like they cared about my issue because it wasn’t ‘severe’ enough for them.
