Great team and great service. The staff do their very best to get it right 1st time and if not will quickly rectify. Well deserved 5 stars from me
Use this pharmacy all the time and it used to be brilliant. Just lately though it has gone down hill. My repeat prescriptions are not going through on time and even if I go in to order they are not getting them. Continually blaming the doctors for not replying to presriction request but on contacting surgery I find the order has not been requested. My life depends on my medication and having to wait an extra week can be fatal for me.
I use this pharmacy regularly, the assistant I normally see was not there. The assistant that day seem to blame me for not speaking loud enough for her to hear and rudely told me I was late picking up my prescription. Which I was not as they had over ordered. No apology
Lovely team and an absolute godsend that they can deliver prescriptions. Thank you for the great service - it's much appreciated.
