It appears the staff have purchased the majority of the shares in the business now. Everyone is local and have been there for years, but their is a new buzz about the place. They are even offering free delivery services to Care Homes, the Vulnerable, the Disabled and those individuals, that have a regular monthly prescription, but find it hard to get to the pharmacy during normal hours. My GP said that they can now email the Chemist direct and provided I have prepaid, or am exempt, the medicine will appear like magic. Last night, there was a knock at the door, it was about 8.00 pm and there was the normal driver, with my prescription, whilst out walking his dog!!! Local service for local people seems to be the new mantra and let's face it, at the moment, we could all deal with the extra help and Iwade Pharmacy seems to be going that extra mile for Iwade residents. Its just one of the reasons that Iwade is such a fantastic place to live in. Well done and thank you to everyone in the Chemist and good luck for the future of your new enterprise.

After calling today to discuss my sons perscription which is for a life threatening illness not being available due to a mistake with the doctors, not them I have to write this terrible review. The customer service I received was disgusting. The individual on the other end of the phone kept taking it as a personal complaint against her. which it was not. But, at the end of the day she represents the pharmacy so a degree of respect for a customer, is a requirement. They did not even have any on stock and continued to say this was not her fault and got rather narky on the phone. To end matters I hung up due to her attitude. I stank. Off the sit at DMC now. I will be writing a formal complaint!

A good sized little pharmacy with everything you need for a quick stop. The staff have always been well trained and very attentive. Service with a smile. Free parking nearby.
