Excellent service. Immaculately clean and professional. They always fit you in if you have problems prior to your check up. Jay is very good and helpful and explains things nice and clearly. I’m a very nervous patient and he always allows for this and puts me at ease. Reception staff polite and helpful and would highly recommend. Thank you for an excellent service.
Fantastic, I cracked a tooth in the morning and I was seen by the dentist that morning, very professional, very clean, followed all of the guidelines for Covid, the dentist made me feel at ease and repaired the tooth, thanks to the whole team.

Called Jay the dentist today as my husband had a terrible toothache and being a Sunday we were concerned that no one would be available but we called Mercian Dental Practice and spoke with the dentist who agreed to immediately come into work even though it was a Sunday and was incredibly professional. He had to do a wisdom tooth extraction on my husband and handled the whole process impeccably. No waiting and super service. Even a call back later in the afternoon to confirm that everything was fine. 10/10 service. Such a great Experience to find someone so willing to help and assist. Fabulous service.
