Had the flat roof done by George he came out straight away . A few months down the line the Roof is leaking I have left 10+ messages for him to contact me he hasn’t. He has no mobile and never answers his phone at home. Really disappointed do not use this Company

George was very friendly and helpful before and during the job. Once completed,he did not return any of the four messages I left, regarding one of the tiles that is not sitting straight. Bit disappointed.

After being let down and mislead by another roofing company. George came out the following day after ringing him. Got his ladders out and investigated where the leak was coming from. Told me exactly what was needed and then returned the next week to fix it. Really friendly company and I would definitely use Abbots roofing again.

We have been trying to contact this company because my mum has three separate guarantees with them on previous work. We had a leak three weeks ago and despite leaving voicemails and sending emails they do not reply. They do still appear to be trading. Should they return my calls I would be more than happy to amend my review but at present they are not honouring their commitments, leaving a lady in her 70s very concerned about the guarantees she thought she had in place.

Loft conversion flat roof was leaking, high up, stripped old felt and removed, replaced including lifting and refitting of roof ridge tiles, all done under 3 hours, no scaffolding very good price, fully recommend.
