Mitton Dental Surgery

My husband and I have only recently moved down here. We had some anxiety about seeing a new dentist. We need not have worried at all. Quite honestly, this is the best dental surgery I have ever visited in my 67 years. Akash, the dentist, is so gentle and thorough and gives appropriate explanations. Lovely, helpful, well organised staff too. First class service. Thank you.

Issue with an impacted wisdom tooth back in 2018 Roxanne refused to remove or refer me saying its not an issue .2 years later and countless issues with this tooth A different dentist referred me to the hospital in october then in april my appointment got cancelled due to covid and the hospital asked for a new referral in June which he replied to me saying I don't see why I should do this mam Ive already done it once mam! Any way after a heated conversation it appears he did. now once again this tooth is causing so much pain I can not eat any form of food other then liquids so after a weeks back and form conversations between mitton dental practice and the hospital it become obvious that I need referring to an additional dentist in Kidderminster but yet again 25 minutes waiting on the phone with Mitton to finally get through to the dentist who denies making the second referral (hospital confirmed he did) and will only refer me if I come in and pay for another consultation as he said and I quote " I can't refer you MAM as its nearly been a year MAM" Ok so why refer me after 8 months with out seeing me but 2 more months make that extra difference . When I questioned this he began to get loud talking over me and not allowing me to speak and kept saying the same BS over and over . Since the chap has took over he has surely run it down regardless to how much he has spent to try and do it up! BVL solicitors will be in touch!
