Got a lash lift here and service was excellent. Online booking was super easy too. Would definitely recommend!
Wife booked for microblading and was advised to call before turning up as they may be closed due to covid. Called 3 times and nobody answered so assumed were closed. They kept the £125 deposit and when i spoke to the manager she said she would need to rebook and pay the full amount again. Shocking customer service. Avoid like the plague. EDIT DUE TO REPLY. They then claimed my wife said she overslept, also claimed that when she called when her appointment should have been happening that they couldnt answer the phone as they were too busy. How can they be too busy when they should have a spare person....... as i said. A wholly unsatisfactory experience
