Called Out Barry Locksmiths today as we had an emergency with our elderly mother being locked out. They arrived within 30 minutes & opened the door very quickly. Well done , great service.
Waited in for them to arrive as booked, they didn't arrive at the booked in time..phoned them to chase the booking... spoke to a man who said he would find out what was going on...50 minutes after the booked in time someone phoned me back, by which time I had called a locksmith in Cardiff, who was at my door in 30 minutes..... not a great experience....
Very quick and professional service. They came straight away and charged a reasonable rate.
