This branch is now permanently shut. Thrifty will still deliver to all the areas that the Maidstone branch covered but the next nearest branch for a walk in collection is Ashford.

Faultless service from start to finish. Car was upgraded which was a bonus and the car was spotless inside & out. Cheery friendly staff which is rare nowadays. Definitely be using you again

Discussed. I was supplied a load car in a unroad worthy and dangerous condition . I found wheel bolts in the glove box and boot of the vehicle on further inspection I found bolts missing from the wheels and bolts lose. so I reported this defect to the company. I was informed this was my fault and they tried to charge me to rectify. dangerous cars. Advice to anyone hiring apparently it's your responsibility to check that the wheel bolts are all fitted and fitted tight when you receive the vehicle???

Avoid this company! Bad as it can get they don't deserve any star or even bother to write a review but I write this to let other people know what is their way to charge for damages you haven't done or to impute you for their own. My insurance company send them to give me a rental car in exchange of my car during the service. They sent a driver to my house and he gave me to sign paper before checking the car enterily, he explained and have wrote on the rental form that the car have a chip on the windscreen. He marked on the papers that is on the left side but the chip was on the right side( a bit of confusion) The chip went bigger into a long crack and we 've been calling them to be aware and to change the car again. They said the crack it's our fault and they will charged us for this. Much more the left door have 3 tiny stone chips and they want to charge me for this too even I got clear pictures with chips already existed there at the moment their driver brought the car to me. We have refused their claim and we are going to Court. So be aware about everything is going on with theor cars and how you sign the papers. The people working there from the front desk to the "manager" are rude and unprofessional. Avoid as you can!
