When you are ordering online it is a bit of a kerfuffle but when you are ordering in the shop it is very good and they are very nice
Absolutely shocking. Ordered a cookie for our holiday a week ago. Was supposed to be ready at 10:00 am. We turned up at 12 to collect it. Was told it had not been made because the person there cannot draw. Said there was no option other than to come back at 1:00. I wonder if millies cookies are going to pay for the time I have lost off of my holiday waiting around. Did not call us to tell us. Just waited for us to turn up. What an absolute joke. Let’s hope it’s ready when we get back at 1:00. Not to mention the fact that whenever we go there they generally ignore you until they have finished their personal conversations. Or just make you wait. What happened to customer service. Would have given less if I could.
Staff are rude. No customer service. Will never return after being a regular customer for 10 years.
Omg best cookies ever
Advertised as a premium cookie place, but cookies from subway are essentially the same and a fraction of price. Can't believe a professional cookie shop can't make consistent and well shaped cookies - look like they've been made in a kindergarten class.
