Worst costumer service had very big queue and only one person on the till , took almost 15 mins to reach the front-and then i had to wait again so then i saw and other store assistant i approached the other person working in the store she said only one till is working ( rudely) as if not her business ,
Rude Customer Service and then Rude Manager, wanting to make us pay for products because they assumed we opened them, but we didn't...
Talking to us like children, in a patronising way.
Will not come back - Boots across the road offers a better customer experience and a wider range of products.
I love the perfumes they have
They sell nice product and there customer service is bad there no greeting at all when your waiting in a que they yell next
The prices for nails is hurrendous. Never again will I pay that much for what I could've done myself at home. But the nail technician was lovely and friendly .
