Boys to Men is a first class male hairdressing salon in Penarth which does as it says and caters for boys and men of all ages. The excellent service is provided by Barry and Paula who cut hair to the highest standards, and offer a very good service to their clients. During the week it is necessary to make appointments, but there is a walk in service on Saturday when there is no need to book. The salon is well appointed and the service they give to all is very good indeed. I highly recommend Boys to Men.
