Had the best experience with Emma yesterday. I'd booked in last minute to have a trim as I figured it might be the last time before I give birth. Emma made such an effort to make me feel special and pampered and spent extra time giving me a 'bouncy blow dry' and I walked out feeling great. I'm pretty rubbish when I get my haircut as I never know what I want and just say to do what they like, more often than not I end up with a cut I like but not love (my fault for not knowing what I actually want). Emma gave me a fantastic cut and I love it!! All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, lovely ladies working there. So knowledgeable and truthful. Don't just tell you what you want to hear,but also explain why it wont work. Trust this Salon completely. Very clean and tidy too. One very very happy customer xx

The hair-dresses themselves are very nice and I have had some good colour put in at this salon, however when I had quite a severe issue with the colour put in my hair ( as well as a very poor correction job), the manager was very uncompromising and had a terrible manner over the telephone. I was made to feel very uncomfortable about the upset over my hair as well as being told I couldn't have a refund unless I stood in front of the manager and had her assess for herself whether my hair was adequate or not - though I had been visibly upset when leaving the salon. Sally at the front desk was lovely to me and eventually I get a refund but the experience was draining and I had to pay another salon to correct my colour. Very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. Canceled my appointment with no further notice. For my second appointment they assured my the date is correct and then called me after 5 mins to cancel. When I tried to give them feedback about their professionalism, they hung up on me :)) Such a joke... Don't recommend.
