I usually love this but I just came here with the kids and ordered the usually peanut butter jelly time and asked for extra strawberries as per usual and the girl named Etna or Edna said I couldn't add strawberries because there was no option on the till. I explained that everyone else does it and can she get someone to do it and her response was "no I'm on the till today"...her attitude stinks!!!!

Milkshakes are great quality the gelato are up there with some of the best I've had. With all sorts of flavours. Not bad priced. At all

Reassuringly well organised for covid-era ice cream, with good wayfinding and distancing. Gel station at the door, and tables were disinfected as soon as customers left. Manager enforced mask rule politely and diplomatically, giving disposable masks to customers who came in without them (although how customers missed the sign saying 'masks required is beyond me.) Waffles and ice cream always good. Deceptively large portions defeated both my kids.

Love this place, quite pricey. Had a cookie dough desert and can of Fanta. Came to almost £10. The food there is amazing however so if you don't mind the price it's a great place with a nice environment.

Fantastic Gelato! Great Italian Coffee, Gelato milkshakes and tiramisu! Possibly the best authentic Italian Gelateria in Cardiff/Wales! 👍🏼
