I ordered by Uber eats and the bubble waffle was disgusting. It was rubbery and it was basically a horrible waffle with two broken Oreos on it? Shame on you.
Really funky place, our first time here so far so good. Lovely young lady talked us through the menu and no doubt we will fully explore it.. Clean and tidy, professional and smiley service... Really cool
Nice drinks, and I'm happy that it's vegetarian. I also got a bubble waffle which I never had before and it was good. Next time I will get the Red Velvet waffle though because this time I tried the Matcha and it was really good but my friend said Red Velvet tasted better. They also had vegan options that my friend had and liked but I didn't try this time - maybe next time.
I worked there for a few months and even though the tea is average, as one expects of bubble tea, and the atmosphere is ok, if you stay longer you will notice that the playlist repeats the same songs over and over again, the nintendo disk is completely broken and wont work if you come in when the shop opens at 11 am, and the staff is treated poorly. All my co-workers have quit already, apart from one, so that does not speak for the great treatment of this place. I suggest you walk the ten minutes to the next bubble tea shop in cardiff.
Nice drinks, we all liked them. We went for our society meeting to collect for friends also. The only thing I will say is that the drinks took a few minutes to make each, because we didn't know they are each made fresh from ingredients. Usually is pre-made so we didn't know. So just something to be aware. Can take a bit of time to get your drinks due to making all fresh. We waited about 15 minutes in total for 8 drinks, I suppose is ok for time.
