I booked Chaiiwala for one of my wedding event and this is unable to go ahead due to the pandemic, but the team were very understanding and cooperative with me on email.

Very rude staff, she shouldn't be working at the front of house. Management need to train them to be more welcoming. Service very slow compared to other branches I have been to. The kitchen staff needs to speed up the process, it took 30 minutes for a takeout.
Also staff have no till login names, when I asked for her staff name she didn't give it and said "why? are you going to complain about me" apparently that's your policy not to give names out to customers, which I know for a fact that is not. Always with other branches I have had on my receipt who had served me.
Every city needs a place like this.. Drinks and savoury foods of high quality. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
Great for your chai style tea and Asian snacks. They also do a gulab jamun cheesecake which is pretty interesting 👌🏾
I love the food in chaiwala,but disappointed with the lady who served us,never faced such situation before
