We hired Dean to install a new boiler in our first home. When he came around to give us a quote he was really friendly, informative and answered all of our questions. He gave us his advice and discussed what options we had about location of the boiler. In the end the price he quoted us was much more reasonable than others in the area, and he had quoted us for exactly what we wanted. Dean had to start a couple of days later than he originally planned due to other work commitments, but he kept in contact with us leading up to the date to keep us in the loop of when we could expect him, so this didn't bother us. When he came to carry out the work, he worked flat out all day long (I didn't even see him break for lunch) to get the work done as quickly as he could. Unfortunately he found a gas leak which caused some delays. But he told us straight away and explained why there was a delay. When it came to fixing it we discussed solutions and we really liked the way he spoke to us about it and wanted to know what we wanted him to do, instead of just making a decision without us. So even though it took a bit longer to get the work done, we were totally satisfied. He gave us a good price, he worked really hard every day he was with us, he was respectful with our house and we are now even considering getting a bathroom fitted by him as well. Will certainly go with Dean for any future plumbing work we need.

We would highly recommend DJ Plumbing. They did a small bathroom installation for us, and we were really pleased with the results. They were quick to answer queries, gave a reasonable quote, did an excellent job as the shower was awkward to fit due to an odd size. They arrived on time and cleared up afterwards.
