Three appointments to come and measure and quote for a new kitchen floor. Each time they just didn't show up, no phone call or apology. When they finally did come they were half an hour late, the man barely said a word and 8 days later, after the visit still no quote! Poor service, unprofessional and clearly have no interest in customer care.
