Excellent staff - particularly in the pharmacy, so helpful.
My wife and son's prescription gets sent to Boots but I am thinking of changing it to another pharmacy. As it has been 3 or 4 times that they didnt have the medicine in stock. Last time they messed up my wifes prescription aswell.
Nicely organised in the current Covid world.
The staff are very good, particularly at the Pharmacy - but there are never enough on duty there, so there is ALWAYS a queue. I don't think I have ever been dealt with in less than 5 minutes. Come on Boots, more Pharmacy staff are needed.
