A recent order was lost by Royal Mail I contacted Oxford Vapours and they hand delivered some liquid same day to keep me going whilst they waited for Royal Mail to try and find the shipment. Once it was clear that Royal Mail where not going to find it they sent me a repeat order next day delivery. Excellent customer service.
