We didn't buy anything today but there is a pizza tray with our name on it !
Nice and quiet, got exactly what I needed.
Turned up on Sunday to collect a food order for 30 people to be advised that they only had a pack of sausage rolls and a cake. A looming disaster as we had ordered sandwiches, rolls, wraps etc. However, the lady on customer services, and I am gutted I didn't get her name to compliment her by name, but she took control of the situation, spoke to the store manager and took all steps to rectify the situation and assist us. It was the epitome of excellent customer service and certainly built on customer loyalty when it could have been a very different position without the intervention. I cannot praise the response highly enough.
Love this shop and the food choices.must admit I do love the trolleys to take round lakeside once I've done my shopping. Lovely choices of everything.
Helpful friendly customer services, quality products on reasonable price.
