The Airport Transfer Group

First time using this company and never again. We booked a return airport trip from Liverpool airport, going was fine but on our return no driver turned up, it was 1 am in the morning. I had to phone the company up and apparently the driver had forgotten to set his alarm to wake him up and his excuse was he had been busy over the weekend and was tired. It took a Liverpool taxi to take us after waiting an hour N half so it was now 2.30 in the morning to Tickle Trout Preston to meet the company driver so a change of vehicle their to carry on our journey to Poulton. No proper apologies from the company. DO NOT USE.

Used this company for the first time. Pickup, was for 2am so was slightly anxious incase there was a problem. Driver turned up 5 minutes early and drove us to Manchester airport with out any problems. On return from our holiday we were picked up at the airport with no waiting around or undue stress. The driver also was very professional
