We returned home to find that we had left a key on the inside of the door so not allowing us to get in, we called fair trade locks and they responded very quickly to our call, they gained entry within minutes causing no damage to our locks at a price we thought was very fair, we would quite happily recommend fair trade locks to anyone...
this person is not at the address shown, so why would you trust someone to change your locks that gives a false address, trading standards should be notified as this is illegal.
I was locked out and called fair trade locks and security to get me in, within 20 mins we had an engineer with me who got me in with little fuss at a reasonable price.
