I love this place. This was my second visit, my first being back in February before lock down and certainly prior to me becoming a haystack! They have taken government guidance onboarding and created a safe environment for you to get your hair done. The staff wear visors and masks which honestly they honestly must be baking in but that doesn't diminish the styling standard of your haircut or the customer service which was as excellent this time for me as it was the last. Great place to go! Ask for Kerri - she's awesome

Even in the middle of a pandemic the staff are cheerful and the service is great. Felt very safe too.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly.. every single one of them. Every time I’ve phoned or popped in, they’ve always been so accommodating and done what I have asked for. Definitely my go to hair dressers from now on!

Always very pleased with my cut and colour. Rhiannon is brilliant. I will only use New Dimensions and have for the last 9 years. Highly recommended.

I had my hair cut here for the first time by Rhiannon and I couldn't be happier. She was absolutely lovely and even though I didn't speak to anyone else, the atmosphere was positive and friendly. Rhiannon gave advice and recommendations, and answered all my questions and more. Looking forward to coming back in 6 weeks time!
