Pete and Richard have been fantastic for all our families dogs. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our Pug Ettie recently, but the attention of care and, compassion and consideration shown by all has been amazing and we are very grateful. Highly recommend these vets.

We have used Vale Vets in Barry and Cardiff for years and with multiple dogs for routine and specialist care. I cannot stress enough in words how great the service is and how caring and efficient the staff are at both. We travel about 45mins to remain at this vets as local vets do not come close to Vale. Richard, the MD is absolutely fantastic, I have so much confidence in his work and management. They have done so much for us and our pets, please keep up the good work.

Very poor show....We have an unwell dog who needed to be seen, we were given an appointment for a week away unless we waited until after 5pm when we could have an emergency appointment for £150....We feel we have supported Vale Vets over the years and in return we have had good service until recently but sadly if we wait a week for a Barry appointment we may wl lose a loved pet, a gamble we are not prepared to take

Would give no stars but can't. Appointment made by telephone to put our extremely poorly dog to sleep, when we contacted to confirm they denied all knowledge of the booking and were too busy to assist. Poor dog suffered further as a result. No care shown during her treatment, said to take her back in 3 weeks but was obviously not responding to treatment. If you care for your pet do not take them here
