Easy from start to finish. Lady who did the rental for me was great and really efficient. The van was perfect for what we needed and I’m just relieved this was such an easy, well managed experience. Thanks guys. 100% would rent from here again.

Everything about the rental, the location & service was perfect, at least it seemed that way, until two weeks after returning my car, I received notice of a violation for driving through the dartford tolls! For all my other rentals, I was able to drive through and the charges would be added to my fee. With Enterprise though, you have to pay cash at the toll instead. I wouldn't have minded but no one told me when I made the rental booking or picked up the car. OK, I am taking responsibility for not double checking with Enterprise but come on, they are now having the nerve to add on a 35 pound admin fee for processing the violation charge!
Yes i liked the work and environmentally friendly it had. Is to recommend
