Friendly staff , I’ve been served by Nathan a few times he’s always had a little chat and made me feel welcomed into the shop , I’ve had my passport photos taken here and had keys cut ! Keep it up ☺️
Place is very nice and staff friendly but opening hours and location needs to be updated as we ended up looking for place and when found it was closed.
Repaired watch battery. Alittle pricey, but its reassuring to know its a brand I can trust, and also has guarantees.
Thank you nathan from Lakeside from kicking me out of your store only because I was not happy with the “repair” you have done. In fact you have ruined 2 beautiful pair of boots. You don’t even deserve your name to be written with capital N. You have absolutely no skills whatsoever and just before Christmas to be so rude ... I have employed many people over the years and Employers need to be told when their employees are absolutely trashing the Company’ Brand so hard build. Shame on you!!! I’ll be looking to see where can I upload pictures of your state of art destroying work .
