Geoff took a look at the damp issues throughout the house and provided solid advice on how they could be resolved. He suggested DIY / low cost solutions, which will save us thousands of pounds compared to what we would have paid had we gone with a different, more sales driven provider. We didn’t end up working with Apex as the job was too small for them, however the advice we were given is invaluable. It’s rare to find honest and competent tradespeople these days, but we felt this is exactly what you get with them. Would certainly recommend based on a first visit, Geoff’s assessment really put our minds at ease as the extent of the damp isn’t as bad as we were made to believe by other people who claim to be experts in their field. Thank you!

Geoff gave a detailed quote and scope of the work to be carried out with good communication throughout. Nigel carried out the work and earned every penny. Work went over budget but it needed to, the existing rendering was in an awful state. Extra costs were discussed and agreed once the scaffolding was up and the state of the wall could fully be reviewed.

I had a number of companies and tradesman around to quote and Apex were the only one that spotted a down pipe arrangement that was a likely cause of a damp problem I had. They were defintely not the cheapest quote I received but I am so glad I chose them for the work. The guys doing the work were really friendly and considerate and I am delighted with the end result of their work. I am also now confident that my damp problem has been resolved.

We are very happy with the service provided by Apex Coating Services. Geoff was great to deal with initially outlining the best product that suits our house and provided a very competitive quote. Nigel carried out the work and was a pleasure to have around. He was very friendly and approachable , very diligent in protecting the windows and doors and accommodating in removing any fixings off the wall and removing growth around the wall. He left the work area clean and tidy every evening and the place was spotless when he finished the works. We had a very good experience with Apex and have no issue recommending for future clients.

Dave and Joe did an amazing job to transform the rear of my terrace house. I cannot fault the care and consideration they showed to my property and my neighbours', in carrying out the work. I would definitely recommend this company.
