Guy Regan and his team were picked by our contractor to do a repair on a leak by our chimney. The gentleman who came out to do the repair was courteous and appears to have done a good job. When I received the bill however, I was billed for two people plus materials. When I inquired about the bill, pointing out that there had only been one person on site but I was billed for two people for two full days, Guy Regan became aggressive and confrontational. Rather than take a professional approach to clarify, he just chose to be rude. I would recommend going elsewhere.

AWFUL. We had an awful experience using these people, the quality of the work was ATROCIOUS and when I tried to get it fixed there was some aggressive behaviour by Guy Reagan himself. Then even more damage was done to the house while supposedly trying to fix the shoddy workmanship. I paid part of the bill just to get rid of them, despite trading standards advising me to pay nothing. I think once they may have been an ok firm but have expanded so quickly that there are just many badly supervised jobs, with questionably qualified or experienced tradespeople used. We had 2 guys doing our 3 day job and one was just an inexperienced teenage lout! The workmanship was unsurprisingly appalling. Fiona Reagan will still send hostile emails to try to get payment regardless! AVOID!
